How to check if your phone can be unlocked or not:
Please insert an unsupported SIM card and if phone prompts for a code then this means that phone can be unlocked

1. IMEI number (15 digits – please dial *#06# from your phone to get your phone IMEI number)
2. Phone model
3. Network to which phone is locked

How to unlock the phone:
1. Insert a non-carrier SIM card (any carrier that is not the original locked provider or affiliated provider)
2. Turn the phone on
3. Phone will prompt you for an unlock code or pin
4. Input provided unlock code
5. Phone will read “Unlock Successful”
